چکیده
In this study, the effect of foliar L-Histidine and Methinonin amino acid applications on grain cadmium (Cd) zinc (Zn) uptake durum wheat grown in soil contaminated with Cd was investigated. The research carried out according to randomized blocks design as a pot experiment greenhouse conditions. experiment, doses were applied control (0 mg kg-1) (3 kg-1). Methionine acids 7 times from leaf after start flag formation at 0.5 mM harvested maturity completed. According results obtained, dry matter yield 3 kg-1 polluted 44.5 grain-1 control, while weight increased application leaves being 48 50 grain-1, respectively. It determined that there differences Zn concentrations dose cadmium. When intakes compared it found concentration decreased, result acids. high amount can make human body through food chain is known cause serious health problems certain accumulation. As seen are effective reducing grain, these probably form complex Cd, resulting less transport.
